Return and exchange policy.

We are sorry that you need this service.

1/ The customer of the drink flavor has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, as long as the product is in its new condition and packaging, for any reason.

2/ After requesting a return and receiving the product, the amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid and with the same bank account information after receiving the drink flavor for the returned order.

3/ The value of the shipping policy is 28 riyals, which will be deducted from the total value of the refund amount.

4/ If a product is purchased during a promotional or discount period, the basic price of the products will be calculated in full before the discount, and then the remaining amount of the value of the returned product will be refunded.

5/ Regarding replacement, the return policy applies.

• Products and reasons supported for free return or customer compensation:

1. The product arrived in an unusable condition, with cuts, breakage, or leaking sauces.

• Return Terms:

1/ All returned items must be in resalable condition, with their original tags and packaging. Coffee makers and other items must be in their original packaging, unopened, or unused. They must be resalable.

2/ Products regularly stored in the warehouse can be returned, with the exception of consumer products (fillings, syrups, and coffee sauces).

• We advise the customer to contact the agent directly for any problem he may encounter with the products of the category (coffee machines, equipment, and electric kettles) that were purchased from our website or one of our showrooms to save time and to ensure that the customer receives maintenance in a timely manner.
