Cancellation and Exchange Policy
Coffee products from the Flavor Drink Store are non-returnable and non-cancellable once shipped. If they haven't shipped, bank fees will be deducted and the amount will be refunded. Coffee tools can be returned if the package is unopened within 3 days for a return and 7 days for an exchange.
